Our mission is to provide a Christian atmosphere of integrity and trust for our employees that will enable them to model character and commitment to our clients through quality products and superior service.

Character

Our customers are pleased with the way we do business. We show interest in what we do and this reflects in our attitude. We know and do what is right.

What it means: Moral and ethical strength (or weakness)

It sounds like: "I understand that when you are having problems it causes frustration. I will have one of our customer service technicians get back to you as soon as possible."

What it means: Dedication; allegiance; loyalty

Commitment to our Customers

We are loyal to our customer’s needs and work hard to meet those needs. We reflect to our customers that they are the most important part of our business. We make ourselves available to customers to answer their questions and address any concerns. We stand behind our products and services.

What it means: Loyalty, steadfastness, faithfulness

What it sounds like: "Let me call FedEx and track that package for you. I will get right back to you."

We are considerate of others/Love our neighbor

We base our enhancements on our customer’s, and not on individual wants. We provide superior support for our customers.

What it means: Characterized by careful thought; deliberate

It sounds like: "Does that answer all of your questions? Is there something else I can help you with?" "How can I better meet your needs?"

Fairness

We are even tempered and qualify our decisions. We provide the same price to everyone in the same situation.

What it means: Free from favoritism, self-interest or preference in judgment.

It sounds like: "We will be glad to work with you to resolve this issue." "We will do our best to work something out that will satisfy you." "I know you have been inconvenienced by the delay in shipment, which was our error. Let me arrange to have the rest of your order shipped out overnight for you at our expense."

Hard Work

We strive for excellence and constant improvement. We work hard while on the job and go the extra mile.

What it means: Completing tasks or goals with a passion

It sounds like: "I will get it to you tonight. I know it's late; how long will you be there?"

Honesty

We provide our customers with accurate information and know our abilities. We are upfront about our product features and benefits; we do not promise what we cannot deliver.

What it means: Being honest; fairness and straightforwardness of conduct, speech, freedom from fraud; not disposed to cheat or defraud.

It sounds like: "I don't know the answer to that question, but I will try to find out for you or I will direct you to someone who will be able to help with that." "These are the facts to the best of my knowledge…"

Initiative

We are self-starters; we act even when there are not clear instructions but only a goal.

What it means: To begin or to follow-through energetically with a plan or task; enterprise and determination, without prompting or direction from others.

It sounds like: "I am not sure what you were told, but I will see that you get an answer." "I went ahead and started…" "I'm not sure how to do that for you, but let me find out and I will get it done."

Integrity

We provide consistent information to our customers and do what we say. We inform others if we cannot do what we originally committed to do. We believe in right and wrong. We are honest both in word and deed.

What it means: The state of being whole or undivided; completeness

What it sounds like: "I will find out and get back to you by 3:00 today." "I apologize. The correct price is actually lower." "I will double check that and get right back to you. We will stand by our agreement."

Leadership

Through prayerful guidance we chart our course. Our demonstrated relationships with our customers serve as examples of our leadership.

What it means: The act of providing guidance and directions; setting an example

It sounds like: "I will take care of that." "I will see that it gets done."

Loyalty

We are protective of our customers, our co-workers, and our company. We do not take our jobs for granted.

What it means: A feeling or attitude of devoted attachment and faithfulness; allegiance

It sounds like: "There must be a misunderstanding, because we do not operate that way."

Responsibility

We complete our tasks with excellent results. We understand that the way we perform our jobs reflects upon the company.

What it means: The social force that binds you to your obligations and the subsequent course of action.

It sounds like: "You know, that is not my department, but let me get you someone who can help with this."

Taking pride in our work and our company

We work above the standards and communicate the improvements.

What it means: Satisfaction with our work environment and job functions; attributing dignity and honor.

It sounds like: "I could throw some things together quickly, but let me give it a little more thought and I will type that up with a total breakdown."
