Refund Policy

Software sold via electronic delivery is subject to different guidelines than that sold as physical media.

Physical Media

Returns for refund will only be accepted within 14 days of you receiving the goods. Returned goods must be in original condition with plastic seals unbroken. Shipping and handling cost are not refundable.

The above applies only to software bought directly from Centurion Technologies. If your software was purchased through a 3rd party (i.e. Amazon.com, Best Buy, etc.), it is covered by the refund and return policies of the 3rd party supplier.

Electronic Media

At Centurion Technologies' sole discretion, we will refund the purchase price for products sold via electronic delivery that fall into one of the following categories:

  1. The product was not yet activated.
  2. A duplicate order was placed through Centurion Technologies' website and the returned item was not yet activated.

Refund Requests

Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of the purchase date for electronic media, or 14 days of the delivery of physical media. Please provide the following information with your request:

  • Name
  • Contact details
  • Date of purchase
  • Product name
  • Order number(s)
  • The reason for the refund
